Right after I joined H2Power n Heat GmbH as their Head of Brand, the company made a fundamental strategic pivot.
Away from a hydrogen range extender toward a new line of mobile, off-grid power units.
No market-ready product existed yet. No translation of the underlying technology existed either. The company had deep engineering capability, but needed to make it legible to investors, partners, and future customers.
To make the invisible visible, we designed concept studies and application scenarios, particularly around portable, off-grid energy use. That gave the technology a tangible context: trades, construction, film sets, events, camping, emergency power, off-grid living.
At the core of this work was conceiving, naming, and structuring a scalable product architecture spanning portable, stationary and mobile energy stystems and hydrogen storage — giving the company's first products a coherent identity before they physically existed.
